Rice Syntelogs

We have generated two sets of Rice syntelogs using GENESPACE (v1.3.1). The first set are syntelogs of several Poaceae species (Rice, Brachypodium, Sorghum, Foxtail Millet, and Maize). The second set are syntelogs of Rice Japonica Group cultivars including Nipponbare, Kitaake, and the 15 Oryza Pan-genome cultivars.

The syntelogs from the two sets can be viewed on the Genome Browser and on the Gene Report Page for each individual gene.
