Criteria: | Core DNA replication family proteins are essential for the initiation, elongation, and Okazaki fragment maturation stages of DNA replication. The core DNA replication machinery in rice was defined based on manual inspection of protein sequence alignments to well characterized yeast and animal sequences. |
